It is still safe to run the Ninja Investor Programme workshops as these types of meetings are unaffected by the 'Rule of 6' and proceeding as normal.
This is why – the 'Rule of 6' restrictions are on social gatherings i.e. where larger groups of people meet with little regard for social distancing or safety protocols.
These meetings are not social, but business. It is in a strictly controlled environment, by paid invitation only, with social distancing and Covid safety protocols enforced, as detailed below –
• Staff temperatures will be taken before every shift
• Masks to be worn around the hotel by staff and guests
• Staff to wear masks in all public places in the hotel
• Deep cleaning in all areas of the hotel
• Social distancing will be observed in the seating arrangements
• Delegate temperature to be taken (by me) on arrival
• Hand sanitising stations around the hotel
• All refreshments will be in throwaway cups
• Lunch will be delivered to the room in individual cartons
• Every delegate will have their own water bottles which will be replenished as needed.
